Breathing with Birds - with Bailey Hendry, UM IBC Co-Lead

We are so  honoured to have been invited to host a wellness workshop in Migizii  Agamik during the annual Elders and Traditional Peoples Gathering on  January 25 and 26! Join UMIBC co-lead Bailey on January 25 from 1:15 -  2:30 to learn about mindful birding, taking breaks on the land and how  our feathered relatives can be sources of relaxation in times of stress.  The event is open to students, staff, faculty and community. This  workshop will take place partially outdoors for some fun Nature Bingo,  so please dress accordingly! No experience with birds or birding is  required.
